All tickets are sold through Ticketmaster. All tickets carry a transaction fee, however if you purchase at our Box Office, Suite 100, or Halo Bar with CASH tickets are discounted back to face value.
The Pageant Box Office
Box Office is only open on show nights beginning two hours prior to doors. Suite 100 serves as the Box Office during all other times. The Box Office or Suite 100 will be open during all on sales for those wishing to purchase tickets in person.

Monday-Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm
*Suite 100 will sell tickets until 11pm on show nights. Open Sundays at 12pm on show nights.
After 5pm during The Pageant show nights.
Will Call Tickets
Will Call tickets for those tickets purchased in advance are available on the DAY OF THE SHOW two hours prior to doors in the Box Office.
You must present a valid photo ID & the credit card it was purchased with in order to pick up your tickets. Will Call tickets MUST be picked up by the person who purchased the tickets. The Pageant can not give tickets to third parties, no exceptions.
If you would like to change the name on your Will Call, please call Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 and request a Will Call Name Change or log-in to your Ticketmaster Account and click “transfer tickets.”
Lost / Damaged Tickets
If you lost or damaged your tickets, please call Ticketmaster (1-800-653-8000) and claim a lost/damaged ticket.
Refunds / Exchanges
Refunds are only given when the main act cancels. Ticket exchanges are prohibited, no exceptions. If you are unable to attend the show and would like to sell your ticket, you may consider Ticketmaster’s TM+ Program. Visit the Ticketmaster website for more details. TM+ is not available for all shows. If you need to obtain a refund, please visit the FAQ page for more information.
Guest List / Photo Passes
If you are on the guest list or have a photo pass you may pick up your ticket/pass approximately one hour prior to doors. Names for the guest list and photo passes are not confirmed until this time.
