Early Entry

The Pageant
The Halo Bar provides early entry for ticket holders of all ages. Patrons inside The Halo Bar gain early access to The Pageant just before the main doors are opened. The Halo Bar has a limited capacity and once filled will not allow for additional entry. Click here for details about The Halo Bar’s Early Entry program.

Delmar Hall
The Bar at Delmar Hall provides early entry for those of all ages. Patrons inside The Bar gain early access to Delmar Hall just before the main doors are opened. Please note that Early Entry programs are subject to change and/or cancellation at any time at the sole discretion of the artist or venue.

Valid Forms of ID

All patrons wishing to enter 21+ sections must have a valid form of identification. In addition, ALL patrons must have a valid form of identification to enter events with age restrictions. We will deny entry to anyone presenting fraudulent identification. No refunds.

Acceptable Forms Of Identification:

  • Valid Photo United States Issued ID
  • Valid Photo Passport
  • Original Birth Certificate (must have raised seal) along with another Current Photo ID

Unacceptable Forms Of Identification (List Not Exhaustive):

  • School ID
  • Firearm/Conceal & Carry ID
  • Photocopy
  • Digital
  • Temporary Driving Permits which do not contain a photo or the State’s raised seal
  • Other (Venue’s Sole Discretion)

Searching

The Pageant, Delmar Hall, The Halo Bar and Suite 100 reserve the right to search anyone who enters the premises, along with their belongings. The Pageant, Delmar Hall, The Halo Bar and Suite 100 reserve the right to determine, on a case-by-case basis, which items are not permitted on premises.

Weapons

The possession of all firearms and other weapons (including concealed firearms) on our premises is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited inside The Pageant, Delmar Hall, The Halo Bar, and Suite 100 (list not exhaustive). Items are subject to change at the sole discretion of management or per artist request. Please Note: Prohibited Items will not be held.

  • Bags, purses, backpacks, boxes, containers, etc. of any kind larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
  • Weapons of any kind (including concealed) and items which can be used as weapons
  • Knives, tools, multi tools, etc.
  • Balloons, totems, signs, flags, posters, blankets
  • Items which purpose is to swing or toss (hula hoops, rings, swirling balls, etc.)
  • Toys, stuffed animals, musical instruments, noise makers, props/items which resemble or imitate weapons, etc.
  • Liquid glow sticks/items, laser pointers, flashlights, headlamps and other light sources
  • Umbrellas
  • Helmets
  • Illegal substances including paraphernalia
  • Medication outside the original container and matching valid photo ID for prescriptions (amount needed for the allotted time frame only)
  • Cameras (other than phones), audio and video recording equipment
  • Selfie Sticks, tablets (iPad, Kindles, etc.) and laptop/ computers
  • Drones and Go Pros
  • Outside beverages
  • Beverage containers including camelbacks, bottles, cans, cups, travel mugs, flasks, etc.
  • Aerosol/spray containers of any kind including pepper spray, mace, etc.
  • Sharpies, markers, paints, silly string, etc.
  • Stickers, flyers
  • Personal seating (chairs, stools, strollers, etc.)

Venue Configuration

The Pageant and Delmar Hall are tiered venues. The dance floor area at the front of the stage is the lowest point with each tier stepping up towards the back of the room.  This design allows The Pageant and Delmar Hall to host a wide variety of performance genres with a venue format tailored to each style, whether it be cabaret (tables & chairs), reserved row seating or open standing.  Most of our shows feature a combination of all three formats to varying degrees.  On occasion, final configuration may or may not be determined until the last minute and subject to change with or without notice.  Please refer to the specific show details or contact us for more information.

Seat Saving

Please respect your fellow patrons and remember that seat saving is strictly prohibited.

Camera / Recording

Cameras, other than phones, are prohibited as are audio and video recording. Specific event policies may differ. Please see information on the show’s Calendar Event page. Please remember that Media Policies may change with or without notice at the sole discretion of the artist.

Smoking Policy

In accordance with City Law, The Pageant, Delmar Hall, The Halo Bar and Suite 100 are non-smoking establishments. This includes electronic/vapor smoking devices.  Smoking is allowed on the patios at Delmar Hall and The Halo Bar.

Stage Diving / Crowd Surfing

Stage diving and/or crowd surfing will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

Re-entry

Re-entry is allowed for those over 21 years old with a valid hand stamp and/or wristband.  Those under 21 years old are not allowed re-entry. If someone under 21 years old leaves the building, they will not be permitted to re-enter The Pageant or Delmar Hall.

COVID-19

Unless required by the artist performing that evening,  proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test for entry into The Pageant and Delmar Hall is not required.  Additionally, masks are optional unless mandated by the artist. But be aware that some individual artists may still require stricter policies including proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test for entry, along with masks. Please check our website or social postings for the most up to date event information a few days in advance of the performance for any artist-requested changes. Please note that unless specified, there are no COVID-19 requirements.

If proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or a Professionally Administered (physician, clinic, pharmacy, etc.) Negative COVID-19 Diagnostic Test is required by the artist, it can be a physical paper copy or a digital copy/photo on your mobile device, along with a matching photo ID, to display upon admission. Antibody or self-administered at home tests will not be accepted.

COVID-19 documents must be fully visible and match photo ID. Proof of Negative COVID-19 Clinical Test (not a home test) must contain the pre-printed name/info of the company that performed the test, the patient’s name, the date of the test and the result of the test. Effective face coverings must completely cover the nose and mouth and must be worn at all times unless actively consuming food or beverage. Face shields, gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable as primary face coverings. If needed, customer face masks are available to purchase for $1.00 each.
