Artist's Bio

All meaty, beaty, big and bouncy, IRONTOM (vocalist Harry Hayes, guitarist Zach Irons, bassist Dane Sandborg, keyboardist Daniel Saslow and drummer Dylan Williams) set themselves apart from the pack by bringing pop clarity to a blend of ‘70s-inspired rock and twisted electronics. They’re introducing themselves with lead single “Be Bold Like Elijah,” which they recently released the official music video for that features professional skater Elijah Berle. The single is from the band’s debut album Partners (Third Chance/Another Century Records), which was produced by AWOLNATION’s Aaron Bruno, and which influential music outlet Buzzbands praised as “a nod to 1970s shredders and latter-day electro-rockers.” The Los Angeles-based band celebrated the album’s release with a prime-time special on DirecTV’s Audience Channel, followed by an arena tour with the Red Hot Chili Peppers. They’ll spend the majority of 2017 touring in support. IRONTOM’s live show centers on the endlessly riveting interplay between Hayes’s outrageous showmanship and the band’s fierce intensity. And both onstage and on record, the band gives off an infectious energy that comes from a brotherhood-like connection. “Even if something’s off and one of us is going through a bad time, when we’re all together it becomes this powerful thing that’s so much bigger than the sum of its parts,” says Hayes. “If people are getting even 10 percent of the joy that we feel from playing together, then they’re definitely getting a whole lot.”
