Sean Canan's Voodoo Players Present:
Stop Making Sense
Voodoo Talking Heads

Sean Canan’s Voodoo Players began as a weekly jam at Broadway Oyster Bar in January 2014, with Sean Canan at the helm of a revolving cast of talented musicians from the St. Louis region. The Voodoo Players bring to life renowned works from a wide variety of artists such as Prince, Fleetwood Mac, Phish, Blues Brothers, Neil Young, and Bob Dylan, with over 75 different themed tributes and over 100 musicians in their diverse bullpen. They successfully combine an electric stage presence with a strong attention to musical detail and a penchant for experimentation. No two shows ever sound the same!
The band has performed an annual Talking Heads tribute for the past 8 years, and with all the recent excitement over the re-issue of “Stop Making Sense”, now seemed like the perfect time to bring the incredible concert to life on the Pageant stage, complete with moving risers and special dance moves. Filling out the evening will be a choice selection of other classic hits along with a few fan-favorite deep cuts. This ain’t no party, this ain’t no disco, this is Voodoo Talking Heads!
