Unless required by the artist performing that evening, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test for entry into The Pageant and Delmar Hall is not required. Additionally, masks are optional unless mandated by the artist. But be aware that some individual artists may still require stricter policies including proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test for entry, along with masks. Please check our website or social postings for the most up to date event information a few days in advance of the performance for any artist-requested changes. Please note that unless specified, there are no COVID-19 requirements.
If proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or a Professionally Administered (physician, clinic, pharmacy, etc.) Negative COVID-19 Diagnostic Test is required by the artist, it can be a physical paper copy or a digital copy/photo on your mobile device, along with a matching photo ID, to display upon admission. Antibody or self-administered at home tests will not be accepted.
COVID-19 documents must be fully visible and match photo ID. Proof of Negative COVID-19 Clinical Test (not a home test) must contain the pre-printed name/info of the company that performed the test, the patient’s name, the date of the test and the result of the test. Effective face coverings must completely cover the nose and mouth and must be worn at all times unless actively consuming food or beverage. Face shields, gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable as primary face coverings. If needed, customer face masks are available to purchase for $1.00 each.
Please see Ticketing Refunds & Exchanges for information if a show cancels or postpones due to COVID-19.
